Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods:

Generally we ship with USPS and it's typically three business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are $5 Flat Rate or Free on Orders $75 or greater. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and receive real-time updates on its status.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution.
